Returns Policy

– Under no circumstances will products that have been OPENED, or USED be accepted for return or credit, it being your responsibility to inspect the products immediately upon delivery (and most importantly prior to the use of the products).

– Strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

– It is the responsibility of the client/stockist to check their order once received and to report any damages to goods within 24hours of receiving their order. An email must be sent to admin@leetoile.co.za stating the order number, date received and reason for the return/exchange.

– If damaged goods are received and are reported within 24hours of being received, LDA (PTY) LTD/Letoile SA will exchange the product for the exact same product if it is still in stock. Should LDA (PTY) LTD/Letoile SA no longer stock the product, the client will have the option to either receive a full refund or a voucher to the value of their purchase.

– Strictly no refunds on orders where the product and it’s packaging are in good condition.
